Apostle Michael & Elder Sandra
Scantlebury are the Senior Elders of Dominion-Life International
Ministries. Originally from the twin-island republic of Trinidad &
Tobago, they are now Canadian citizens who reside in Vancouver, BC with
their two daughters and son.
Apostle Michael received Jesus as
Saviour and Lord in November 1979, and was called into the ministry
several months later. He received three years of intensive training at
his home church, Church of God (an affiliate of the Assemblies of God),
after which he functioned as the Associate Pastor of Ecclesia Teaching
Centre. In 1992, Apostle Scantlebury then went on to another local church
where he functioned as part of the leadership in several capacities,
such as Pastoral Minister with direct responsibility for the men, young
converts, cell groups, and planting of other churches. He functioned in
that capacity until the Lord called them to Canada in 1997, where he and
his wife now function as the founders and Senior Elders of Dominion-Life
International Ministries. Apostle Michael is also the founder of
Kingdom-Impact International Network (KIN), an apostolic network.
Apostle Michael has made several radio
and television appearances and travels to minister in the Caribbean,
South America, North America, Asia, Africa and Europe. He is also the
author of several books, including a trilogy on the Apostolic - "Five
Pillars of The Apostolic", "Apostolic Purity", and "Apostolic
Reformation". Elder Sandra has become his travelling partner and
they minister out of a strong apostolic/prophetic anointing, and a
tremendous desire to see the Church come to full maturity and unity for
greater function in the earth.
A man and woman who have given
themselves to the preaching and teaching of the gospel of the Kingdom,
to the integrity and authority of God's Word, and to manifesting the
power of a Spirit-filled life best describe Apostle Michael and
Elder Sandra Scantlebury.
