Soldiers With Apostolic Truth

This ministry is established for our young people between the ages of (13 - 23) thirteen and twenty-three.  They carry an Issachar Anointing - Issachar was one of the tribes of Israel and they had understanding of the times and knew what Israel ought to do. (1 Chronicles 12:32) This ministry is designed to equip our young people with understanding and clarity in the ways and purpose of the Lord so that they will function with strength and purpose in the earth.  GI takes place every 1st and 3rd Saturday of every month at 6:00 PM 7938 - 128th Street Surrey , BC. Canada.

Ministry Vision

"Only be careful, and watch yourselves closely so that you do not forget the things your eyes have seen or let them slip from your heart as long as you live. Teach them to your children and to their children after them ... so that you, your children and their children after them may fear the LORD your God as long as you live by keeping all His decrees." Deuteronomy 4:9 / 6:2

Generation Issachar is the youth ministry of the assembly; to be a source of future ministry for the church; to be a place of impartation and training of “lifestyle Christianity” to our young people; to provide a posterity for the fulfillment of the future purposes of the Lord.

Ministry Mandate

	To teach, train and activate the young people in all of their spiritual giftings and supernatural abilities in the power of the Holy Spirit.
	To impart the knowledge of God through programmed study, teaching and discussion of the Word of God. To develop relationship with God through practical application of biblical truth to daily life and to discover spiritual reality in all aspects of everyday existence. To live “lifestyle Christianity” in the full power of the Holy Spirit.
	To develop to the fullest the creative abilities of the youth in ministry to the assembly in song, dance, drama, music and mime. To harness their potential in free expression unto the Lord and to use their energies to glorify Him.
	To build ministry among the youth that would reach out to the unsaved and the un-churched. To develop strong witness and testimony of the power of the Lord. To have a missionary heart and an outward looking spirit to reach all for the Lord.
	To provide opportunities for social interaction and leisure and sporting activities. To develop healthy and godly relationships, to promote Christian fellowship both within the assembly and with other churches.
	To instruct them to receive wisdom and to be like the tribe of Issachar who had understanding of the times and knew what to do.  To teach them the wisdom of using what the Lord has provided for them in their elders.
