Equipping the Saints For The Work Of The Ministry Welcome to Dominion-Life Institute (DLI) where you will be equipped to do the work of the ministry. Our prayer is that the Holy Spirit will bring revelation and understanding to the Body of Christ through Dominion-Life Institute, and that individual lives, ministries and nations will be equipped to do the work of the ministry.
