What our eyes are set upon
To ensure that the name of the Lord is exalted
and revered in all the earth.
To be a place where there is acceptance and recognition of all God’s Governmental Offices of Apostles, Prophets, Evangelists, Pastors and Teachers.
To be a church, that strongly declares, that the
earth must be filled with the knowledge of the
Glory of the Lord, as the waters cover the sea.
To be a place where strong stable families
are built:
Men are encouraged to function in their true spiritual headship.
Women are caused to enter fully into their spiritual heritage under covering and are raised up as strong intercessors.
Children are trained in the way of the Lord and find a place of security, thus enabling the blessings of the Lord to be released to successive generations.
To be a house of hope, deliverance and restoration, where the saints are encouraged to function in the gifts of the Holy Spirit.
To establish the biblical pattern for
church leadership, viz. plurality of eldership
and team ministry in a local assembly whose
order and organisation is motivated and
directed by the Lord.
To assist the saints in understanding
and fulfilling their God ordained destiny.
To be a church that promotes Kingdom
lifestyles – a way of life that elevates
righteousness, purity, holiness, integrity
and an uncompromising position in the
Word of God.
To be a training centre where saints are
raised up in teams and released to establish
God’s Kingdom in the earth.
To be a house of prayer, that establishes the Kingdom of God in the earth.
To bring to pass everything that God has
ordained for this church.
To be a ministry that will promote and support every move that the Lord makes, in bringing His Body to full maturity, function and unity in the earth.
Where the story begins...
Dominion-Life International Ministries is the result of the call of God that has been placed upon our Senior Elder Michael Scantlebury, his wife Sandra, and their family who originally came from the twin-island Republic of Trinidad and Tobago (which is the most southerly isle of the Caribbean).
The Lord confirmed His call upon their lives through several major international Apostles and Prophets in the Body of Christ.
In 1988 the Lord began speaking to them about a move He would cause to come in their lives and through the years the Holy Spirit prepared them for such a move. Several events took place along the pathway that constantly confirmed their direction. One such event took place in 1992 when the following prophetic word was imparted to them. “and the Lord says, I am going to bring you among some people that are different from you. They are real different from you, but I am going to give you favour among them, and you are going to be able to minister unto them and they are going to receive from you. Behold you are going to see a great move of God among this group of people. You are going to see a great move of God”
Subsequently, the Lord began an acceleration of His purpose evidenced by several divine occurrences. This culminated in their migrating to Vancouver BC, Canada and launching this ministry.
The logo, motto and vision for the ministry was released to our Senior Elder as the Lord spoke to him by the prophetic word and an internal urging to declare His Glory and Dominion in the earth.
Proclaiming His Dominion from sea to sea and from the River to the ends of the earth speaks clearly the mandate of our ministry.

The Bible is the inspired inerrant Word of God.
In one God, eternally existent as three persons, Father,
Son and Holy Ghost.
Jesus Christ is true God and true man, that He died on the cross and shed His blood as a sacrifice for sin; that He arose bodily from the dead, ascended into Heaven, and is seated at the right-hand
of the Father.
Man was created in the image of God, but fell into sin and can be justified only by grace through personal faith in
the Lord Jesus Christ.
In the baptism of the Holy Spirit with the evidence of speaking in tongues, in divine healing, and in the gifts, fruit, and anointed ministries of the Holy Spirit.
The gifts of the Holy Spirit are given to every believer and need to be stirred up and exercised to fulfill their divine purpose of blessing the Body of Christ.
In the full function of five-fold ministry viz.: apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors, and teachers, given to equip the saints so they can enter into the work of their ministry; thereby edifying the whole Body of Christ.
In the present-day ministries of apostles and prophets, set in the church by Jesus Christ as foundational and revelatory ministries, being restored to full function,
maturity and authority before the return of Jesus.
The church is God’s instrument to establish and extend His Kingdom until the literal coming of Jesus Christ to rule and reign over all the earth.
In the autonomy of each local church, all itinerant ministries should be based on and related to a local
church with accountability to a senior minister.
